***Raw honey does crystallize fairly quickly unlike grocery store bought honey that undergoes pasteurization or filtration which removes the beneficial properties of honey which also prevents or delays it from crystallizing! Make sure to enjoy it sooner and not save it! Crystallization is natural and does not affect the quality of the honey. Honey lasts for years and years, it’s just harder to get out of the jar once it begins to crystallize.
